Just Finished Testing Week... Am I Getting Better?
Testing week was this past week. Three days of tests subjecting me to all sorts of anarobic and aerobic testing to see where I measure up... and where I don't.
It’s been technically almost 9 months since I started doing CrossFit style training; however with the pandemic and training shifts, it really is more like 4 months of CrossFit and 2 of strength training, with 3 months in the COVID mines.
